The Experience

Your relationship with your creative team is full of trust, communication, and intimacy. This is the key to unlocking all of your emotions during your elopement or wedding and authentically capturing your love. This relationship isn’t built overnight but I hope that together, we’ll put in the work leading up to your big day. When it finally arrives, I’ll feel like another friend in the room who happens to be celebrating you and capturing the events. Whether it’s on a mountain, at a lake, or flying to another country, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

I love to bring less gear every time I shoot. You may think, “more gear, better film” but I truly believe your day should be about the unposed, intimate moments instead of rushing to the next planned photo or video opportunity. Less gear means you’ll be able to live in the moment and let the day breathe.

Let’s Make It Memorable

I. Inquiry + Booking | The first step in this journey is to simply inquire with me! We’ll set up a time to chat on a video call where we’ll discuss your story, your vision for the weekend and see if we’re a good fit for each other. It’s important to me that I can give you the best service and experience that you deserve. I want to know what’s important to you when thinking about how your film will capture your story.

II. Adventure Session | After booking with me, our focus shifts to planning your Adventure Session. These sessions serve to show off your personalities and love story in a more casual, relaxed setting. You are more than just your elopement or wedding day and so including a little slice of life elevates your film into a timeless memory rather than just a video of a day. If you pick an activity that has relevance to or enriches your relationship, that’s perfect. But it can be completely unrelated. Whether it’s a hike with your dogs, brewery or coffee shop visits, canoeing, or a simple morning with coffee at home, it gives another perspective to your relationship.

III. Planning + Filming | Leading up to the day, we’ll have at least one more video call to see if there’s anything I can assist with. Timeline help, vendor recommendations, I hope you can use me as a valuable resource during this time. All too often you hear about the stress of planning and I hope to make it an easier process. When it finally arrives, your day is meant to be enjoyed and I’ll be there to help make sure everything runs smoothly.

IV. Delivery | I know the day will go by in a blur so you’ll be excited to relive all the memories through your film. I never want to rush the creative process and so to make sure I give your film the time it deserves, your complete gallery will be available to view within 6 months, hosted on a link for one year to easily share with family and friends.

Every year, I only take on a small number of couples to ensure you’re receiving the best quality film and experience. Your story is unique and I strive to make every film personalized to each couple: no cookie cutter films.

Unlimited Help

Need help with timeline planning, location scouting, travel advice? I’m here for you whenever you need it. Over the years, you pick up a few things to help make the day run smoothly.

1 Videographer

I shoot the majority of my elopements and weddings solo. I’m completely comfortable working alone while still capturing all the events going on. You are able to add a second videographer to any collection.

Highlight Film

Instead of editing for a specific film length, your story will receive exactly the right amount of time it needs to showcase your love and the events of the weekend.

Ceremony Film

Included with both Collections, the Ceremony Film is a recording of your ceremony from start to finish in case you ever want to go back and relive the words as they were spoken.

Adventure Session

Adventure Sessions are meant to dig deeper into your story all while doing a fun activity of your choosing. These sessions elevate your film into something completely unique. These activities can range from snorkeling and hiking, to intimate moments at home or out in the city.

Online Delivery

Both Collections are delivered digitally online with download access in high resolution 4K. You can easily share online with friends or family, or download digital backups for yourself with the original files.

I. TEASER TRAILER | A 1 minute teaser delivered within 2 weeks of your day to share the hype with friends and family.

II. SUPER 8 | New for 2024! Super 8 is perfect for adding a nostalgic, retro vibe to your film. Life documented on actual film hits different.

III. SPEECHES FILM | Relive all your speeches whether from your rehearsal or wedding day.

IV. FORMAL DANCES FILM | Your formal (or informal!) dances including all of your amazing dance moves.

V. ADDITIONAL DAY | Spending the day on the lake or throwing a big welcome party? I love to capture events from the whole weekend to tell your complete story.

VI. RAW FOOTAGE | All your raw footage on a hard drive, completely untouched - no color, sound or picture editing.

VII. SECOND SHOOTER | A second shooter will allow me to be more present with you, missing less moments and capturing more angles.

 
 

Travel Fees

Travel is not included in the collection price. All travel costs, including airfare, hotel, ferry fees, & rental car, are covered by my couples for each location. Travel fees only cover travel related costs. These costs vary based on where you’re getting married, time of year, and the length of time I’ll be in that location.
